Terms of Service
Last updated: September 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SocialQueue ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SocialQueue is a multi-tenant social-engagement platform built for indie agencies. The Service provides a unified inbox for direct messages, mentions, and comments ingested from connected social platforms (such as X, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Instagram, and Threads), along with social-listening, AI-suggested replies, sentiment tagging, SLA timers, per-thread collision locks, and optional autoreply workflows.
SocialQueue is a tool. It does not publish content on its own and does not act on your social accounts without your authorization.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
To use SocialQueue, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
- Providing accurate and complete information during registration
- All activity that occurs under your account or any seat you invite into your workspace
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the authority to bind your agency or organization to these Terms.
4. Connected Social Accounts and Access Tokens
SocialQueue connects to third-party social platforms (such as X, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Instagram, and Threads) through OAuth authorization. When you connect an account:
- You authorize SocialQueue to read messages, mentions, and comments, and to post replies on your behalf within the scopes you granted
- OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest and used only to service your workspace
- You may disconnect any social account at any time from your account settings; once revoked, SocialQueue will lose access and any associated ingestion, replies, or autoreplies will stop
- You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to connect each account โ including any client account you manage on behalf of an agency customer
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SocialQueue to do any of the following:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or coordinated inauthentic messages from connected accounts
- Run automated mass-DM, mass-follow, mass-comment, or other engagement-farming campaigns
- Violate the developer terms, platform policies, or community guidelines of any platform SocialQueue connects to
- Harass, threaten, dox, defame, or target individuals or protected groups
- Operate accounts on behalf of others without their documented consent
- Resell, sublicense, white-label (outside the Agency plan's documented white-label allowance), or systematically scrape the Service
- Probe, scan, or attempt to circumvent the security, rate limits, or access controls of the Service
6. Platform Compliance is Your Responsibility
SocialQueue is a tool. You are responsible for compliance with each platform's developer terms, automation rules, and community guidelines (including, without limitation, the X Developer Agreement, the LinkedIn API Terms of Use, the Bluesky/AT-Protocol terms, the Meta Platform Terms, and any successor or replacement policies).
Account suspension, demotion, shadow-ban, rate-limiting, or other enforcement actions by a connected platform โ whether applied to your personal account or a client account you manage โ are decisions made by that platform, not by SocialQueue. Such actions are not our fault and do not entitle you to a refund, credit, or any remedy against SocialQueue.
7. Subscription Plans and Billing
SocialQueue offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (currently Team at $49/month and Agency at $149/month, with annual options). Features and limits for each plan are described on our pricing page and may change from time to time.
- Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly or annual cadence as selected at checkout
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan
- You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access through that period
- Plan-tier limits (brands, seats, actions, AI generations) are enforced; usage above a tier's included allowance may be billed as overage or restricted, depending on the plan
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to your registered email; new prices take effect at your next renewal
Refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Your Content and Intellectual Property
"Your Content" means the messages, threads, replies, drafts, notes, tags, prompts, files, brand assets, and other material that you or your teammates submit to or generate within SocialQueue, as well as the messages and engagement data ingested from your connected platforms.
As between you and SocialQueue, you retain all rights you have in Your Content. SocialQueue does not claim ownership of your replies, your drafts, or the underlying conversations.
You grant SocialQueue a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, transmit, display, process, and create derivative works of Your Content solely as necessary to: (a) operate, maintain, and improve the Service; (b) deliver the features you use, including AI-suggested replies, sentiment tagging, listening summaries, and autoreplies; (c) post on your behalf to platforms you have connected; and (d) enforce these Terms and comply with law. This license ends when Your Content is deleted or your account is closed, except where retention is required to comply with a legal obligation or to resolve an active dispute.
9. AI Features
SocialQueue uses artificial intelligence (including third-party and locally-hosted models) to generate suggested replies, tag sentiment, summarize threads, and power autoreply workflows. You acknowledge that AI output may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate for your audience, and you are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any reply, autoreply rule, or other action before it is sent to a third party.
10. Termination
By you. You may cancel your subscription or close your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; closing your account does not entitle you to a refund except as described in the Refund Policy.
By us. We may suspend or terminate your account, without refund, if we reasonably believe you have materially breached these Terms (including the Acceptable Use section), if your use exposes SocialQueue, its users, or a third party to legal or operational risk, or if we are required to do so by law.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will always be ingested, replied to, or delivered on time. SocialQueue depends on third-party platforms, APIs, and infrastructure that we do not control and that may experience outages, rate limits, or policy changes affecting the Service.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialQueue and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to SocialQueue in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on your account or by a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
